Processing time: All orders are handmade and require 2 business days to produce before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Domestic shipping (United States): We ship via FedEx, USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery after dispatch varies based on shipping destination. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages: Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
