Refund policy

Because our products are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery at lovinglyforever@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once an item is in production, it cannot be cancelled.

We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selections, or shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs.
